Ingredients
- 1/2tin (45g drained)sardines, in olive oil
- 4(24g)cassava-flour crackers
- 1tsp (4g)extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2(~20g juice)lemon, juiced
- 1small clove (2g)garlic, very finely minced
- 1tbspflat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1tspfresh dill, chopped
- pinchsea salt
Instructions

Drain the sardines and flake them gently into a small bowl, leaving a few larger pieces.

Stir in the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, parsley, and dill.

Spoon the dressed sardines onto the cassava crackers.

Serve immediately so the crackers stay crisp.
