Ingredients
- 1fillet (6 oz / 170g)salmon
- 8spears (120g)asparagus
- 1tbsp (14g)extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2(20g)lemon, sliced
- 1clove (3g)garlic, minced
- 1pinchsea salt
- 1pinchblack pepper
Instructions

Heat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Place the salmon and asparagus on a parchment-lined sheet pan.

Drizzle with olive oil, scatter the garlic and lemon slices, and season with salt and pepper.
