Ingredients

  • 1fillet (6 oz / 170g)salmon
  • 8spears (120g)asparagus
  • 1tbsp (14g)extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2(20g)lemon, sliced
  • 1clove (3g)garlic, minced
  • 1pinchsea salt
  • 1pinchblack pepper

Instructions

    Heat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Place the salmon and asparagus on a parchment-lined sheet pan.

    Drizzle with olive oil, scatter the garlic and lemon slices, and season with salt and pepper.
