Ingredients
- 5oz (140g)lean beef, diced
- 1/2cup dry (95g)red lentils
- 1medium (60g)carrot, diced
- 1/4(40g)onion, diced
- 2cups (480g)beef broth
- 1tbsp (14g)extra-virgin olive oil
- 1clove (3g)garlic, minced
- 1pinchsea salt
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the beef and brown 3 minutes. Add the onion, carrot, and garlic; cook 2 more minutes.
