Ingredients

  • 5oz (140g)lean beef, sliced thin
  • 1cup (90g)broccoli florets
  • 1/2(75g)bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2cup cooked (100g)brown rice
  • 1tbsp (15g)coconut aminos
  • 1tbsp (14g)avocado oil
  • 1clove (3g)garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. 01

    Heat the avocado oil in a skillet or wok over high heat. Add the beef and cook 2 minutes, stirring, until just browned. Remove.

    Add the broccoli, pepper, and garlic; stir-fry 4-5 minutes until crisp-tender.

  3. 03

    Return the beef to the pan and toss with the coconut aminos.

  4. 04

    Plate over the brown rice.
