Ingredients
- 5oz (140g)lean beef, sliced thin
- 1cup (90g)broccoli florets
- 1/2(75g)bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2cup cooked (100g)brown rice
- 1tbsp (15g)coconut aminos
- 1tbsp (14g)avocado oil
- 1clove (3g)garlic, minced
Instructions

Heat the avocado oil in a skillet or wok over high heat. Add the beef and cook 2 minutes, stirring, until just browned. Remove.

Add the broccoli, pepper, and garlic; stir-fry 4-5 minutes until crisp-tender.

Return the beef to the pan and toss with the coconut aminos.

Plate over the brown rice.
