Ingredients
- 5oz (140g)lean beef, sliced thin
- 1cup (70g)mushrooms, sliced
- 2cups (60g)baby spinach
- 1/2cup cooked (100g)brown rice
- 1tbsp (15g)coconut aminos
- 1tbsp (14g)avocado oil
- 1clove (3g)garlic, minced
Instructions

Heat the avocado oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the beef and cook 2 minutes; remove.

Add the mushrooms and garlic and cook 4 minutes until browned.

Return the beef, add the spinach and coconut aminos, and toss until the spinach wilts.

Plate over the brown rice.
