Ingredients

  • 5oz (140g)chicken breast, diced
  • 2cups (480g)bone broth
  • 1medium (60g)carrot, sliced
  • 1stalk (40g)celery, sliced
  • 1/4(40g)onion, diced
  • 1tbsp (14g)extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1tbsp (4g)parsley, chopped
  • 1pinchsea salt

Instructions

    Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion, carrot, and celery; cook 4 minutes.

    Add the broth and bring to a simmer.

    Add the chicken and simmer 10-12 minutes until cooked through.

    Season with salt and finish with parsley.
