Ingredients
- 6oz (170g)chicken breast
- 1cup (90g)broccoli florets
- 1/2cup cooked (100g)brown rice
- 1tbsp (14g)extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4(10g)lemon, juiced
- 1pinchsea salt
- 1pinchblack pepper
Instructions

Cook the brown rice per package instructions.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then grill on a hot pan with the olive oil for 5 minutes per side.
