Grilled Trout with Asparagus and Quinoa

Ingredients
- 1fillet (6 oz / 170g)trout
- 1/2cup cooked (90g)quinoa
- 8spears (120g)asparagus
- 1tbsp (14g)extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4(10g)lemon, juiced
- 1pinchsea salt
- 1pinchblack pepper
Instructions

Cook the quinoa per package instructions.

Heat the olive oil in a grill pan over medium-high. Season the trout with salt and pepper, then grill skin-side down 4 minutes; flip and cook 3 more minutes.

Steam the asparagus 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.

Plate together and finish with lemon juice.
