Ingredients
- 3large (150g)eggs
- 1tbsp (4g)parsley, chopped
- 1small (90g)tomato, sliced
- 1tsp (5g)extra-virgin olive oil
- 1pinchsea salt
- 1pinchblack pepper
Instructions

Beat the eggs with salt, pepper, and parsley.

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, pour in the eggs, and tilt to coat the pan.
