Ingredients

  • 1slicegluten-free bread (about 35 g)
  • 75gcanned sardines in olive oil, drained (1 small can)
  • 60gcherry tomatoes, halved (about 4)
  • 2tspextra-virgin olive oil (10 ml)
  • 1tbspfresh parsley, chopped
  • 1tsplemon juice
  • 1pinchblack pepper

Instructions

    Toast the slice of gluten-free bread until golden and crisp.

    Drain the sardines and put them in a small bowl. Mash with a fork into a rough, spreadable paste, then mix in the lemon juice and a pinch of black pepper.
