Ingredients
- 1tin (drained 75g)sardines in olive oil
- 1/2cup cooked (100g)lentils
- 1tbsp (4g)parsley, chopped
- 1/4(40g)red onion, diced
- 1tbsp (14g)extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2(20g)lemon, juiced
- 1pinchsea salt
- 1pinchblack pepper
Instructions
