Ingredients

  • 1tin (drained 75g)sardines in olive oil
  • 1/2cup cooked (100g)lentils
  • 1tbsp (4g)parsley, chopped
  • 1/4(40g)red onion, diced
  • 1tbsp (14g)extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2(20g)lemon, juiced
  • 1pinchsea salt
  • 1pinchblack pepper

Instructions

    Combine the lentils, parsley, and onion in a bowl.
