Ingredients

  • 100gsmoked trout fillet, flaked

  • 60gmixed salad greens
  • 1tbspfresh dill, chopped
  • 1tbspextra virgin olive oil
  • 2tspfresh lemon juice
  • 1tspDijon mustard (gluten-free)
  • 1/2smallcucumber, sliced

Instructions
