- 150gcanned white beans (cannellini), drained and rinsed
- 90gfresh baby spinach
- 0.5wholelemon (juice plus a little zest)
- 0.25tspchili flakes (optional)
- 0.25tspfine sea salt

- 1slicegluten-free bread, toasted (optional, to serve)

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and chili flakes (if using) and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant but not browned.
