Ingredients

  • 1tin (drained 80g)tuna in water
  • 1/2cup (130g)white beans, cooked
  • 1small (90g)tomato, diced
  • 1tbsp (4g)parsley, chopped
  • 2tbsp (28g)extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2(20g)lemon, juiced
  • 1pinchsea salt
  • 1pinchblack pepper

Instructions
