Ingredients
- 1tin (drained 80g)tuna in water
- 1/2cup (130g)white beans, cooked
- 1small (90g)tomato, diced
- 1tbsp (4g)parsley, chopped
- 2tbsp (28g)extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2(20g)lemon, juiced
- 1pinchsea salt
- 1pinchblack pepper
