Ingredients

  • 1tin (drained 80g)tuna in water
  • 1tsp (5g)extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4(10g)lemon, juiced
  • 1slice (40g)gluten-free bread
  • 1tbsp (4g)parsley, chopped
  • 1pinchsea salt
  • 1pinchblack pepper

Instructions
