Chicken and Vegetable Soup

- 2cups (480g)bone broth
- 1medium (60g)carrot, sliced
- 1stalk (40g)celery, sliced
- 1/4(40g)onion, diced
- 1tbsp (14g)extra-virgin olive oil
- 1tbsp (4g)parsley, chopped
- 1pinchsea salt
