Ingredientes

  • 1/2cup dry (40g)gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1cup (240g)water
  • 1/2cup (75g)mixed berries
  • 2nuts (10g)Brazil nuts, chopped
  • 1tsp (7g)honey (optional)

Preparación

    Bring the water to a simmer in a small saucepan, stir in the oats, and cook 5-7 minutes until thickened.

  2. 02

    Spoon into a bowl and top with the berries and chopped Brazil nuts.

    Drizzle with honey if using.
